Brian has been leading developmental programs at Akamai for more than a decade including the highly-acclaimed NGL program, Sales Manager as Coach for 1st-line managers, and TGL for Senior Directors and VPs. He has coached more than 100 leaders in the GTM organization at Akamai.
Marc led the AMER pre-sales organization at Akamai before founding Brightway Coaching & Consulting, where he now works as an ICF PCC executive coach and leadership workshop facilitator. He partners with Brian supporting senior leaders across GTM and technical organizations who are shifting from “running" teams to truly leading them.
Brian came to Akamai as a trusted outsider, and I came up on the inside, in the same rooms and under the same pressures all of you know firsthand. That's why I wanted in on TGL! To ask the questions most people around you won't. My intention isn't to make you "more polished," it's to help you find the contentment, resilience, and clarity to lead like exactly who you already are. TGL is a VIP leadership development program, blending live and Zoom sessions, eight 1-1 executive coaching sessions, stakeholder feedback interviews conducted by your Coach and delivered to you as a report, an “Authentic Confidence” assessment, and even sessions for your direct reports to keep them engaged in your growth as a leader. The live sessions will be curated with great care in great venues, to include fun, community, adventure, rest, and of course, delicious food.
